Wes Johnson, DDSDentist
BiographyDr. Wesley Johnson has called the Seattle area home for more than eight years. He has lived in seven different states, as well as Switzerland and Germany. He attended the University of Washington, majoring in speech and hearing sciences and working as a phlebotomist at the University of Washington Medical Center to pay for his schooling and start his family.
He received his dental degree in 2007 from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. Upon receiving his doctorate, Dr. Johnson associated himself with a few excellent colleagues, including Dr. Hodges. He and Dr. Hodges have similar approaches to patient care and enjoy working together. Dr. Johnson is an excellent communicator and prides himself in an honest and gentle approach to dental work. Having had multiple surgeries to correct his bite, he is fully aware of the need for compassion and quality work for his patients.While in school he was actively involved in Operation Smile, a program that provides cleft palate/lip surgeries for people all over the world.
Service is a big part of his philosophy as a general dentist and he looks forward to many opportunities to serve other areas of the world through service missions and his skill of dentistry. In 1999 he married his wife, Michele, and they have four children. They enjoy hiking in the Cascade mountains, camping, discovering new restaurants, and reading good books.
Dr. Johnson is an avid white water kayaker and enjoys the thrill of running a river. He also loves the ESPN program Pardon the Interruption (PTI), the NBA, and talk radio. His children enjoy hearing his stories, many of which he hopes to publish someday.
